After all the criticism Lana Del Rey has had for her SNL performance, it’s nice to hear something slightly different. Her original track is nicely sparse, and Joy Orbison once again improves the un-improvable with the remix. Is she a “gangsta Nancy Sinatra”. I don’t think so, and I for one think that’s a good thing.

When great cinematography and great music combine, the result is amazing for all the senses. SBTRKT and the BBC together are sublime.
